Anxiety is when your mind constantly feels overwhelmed. You know how sometimes we cannot think clearly or go blank. In-turn this can cause you to fear, isolate, be depressed, become paranoid, or feel uneasy. Not only affecting your mood, but your diet, sleep patterns, and thoughts.

It's something that 99% of us have inherently. We all feel anxious when we're facing stressful situations, or facing our fears.
Having anxiety is a sign that you are human. To Get Ahead; we need to have better control over it, not avoid it.

It becomes a problem when our mental stability and productivity take a hit. Imagine having the skills but not being able to put them to use due to our fears. or when we're so stressed that we take it out on others, such as our family or friends. That stress is partly due to our anxiety taking an ugly form.
