FEAR!!!

Is fear something major like fear of heights or water?

Well, no. Fear can be even the smallest fear. It doesn't have to be a very major thing. For example: Fear of an insect, or even fear of failure. Those are little fears that many of us live with everyday, but for the most part, don't let it affect us too much.

Can we stop having fear?

Fear is one of our primal instinct, something that every human is born with. The only difference is that each human can have completely different fears, thus making it hard to pin-point to certain things. As with anxiety, we need to learn to control it, not try to suppress it. When we learn to control our fears, we can easily overcome it, without it affecting our health or productivity.

There is no one-solution-for all.

Since fear is unique to everyone, so are the solutions. You're the one who has to consistently introspect and do trial-and-error of different methods of coping. I'll be giving you different perspectives, which can then help you find answers. Because the simple truth is, I'm not using your brain. Each one us thinks very differently, to achieve the same goal. Thus, we do not need to change our thinking, just learn knowledge that helps us enhance it.

How does fear affect our everyday life?

Fear can take several forms. Just like anxiety; it can cause you to isolate, give up on things you wanted to do, reduce your productivity, make you give up on hobbies, impact your diet and lifestyle, and also reducing your ability to be effective at work. It makes our mind go awry, which ends up making us not being able to focus on things we should be able to otherwise.
